What Should I Do If The Chiller Has A Cold Water Flow Shortage

Generally speaking, the small industrial chiller already contains a cold water circulating pump. The chiller (large) does not contain a cold water circulating pump. When assembling the cold water system, an external cold water circulating pump is required to make the cold water absorb. After the heat of the equipment is cooled, it is returned to the chiller for cooling and cooling, and even if the cold water is supplied back to the pipeline to form a circulation system. Then, what should I do if the chiller has a problem of insufficient cold water flow?

The cold water system of the chiller often appears to be incapable of catching water during operation. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer first. The technician of the manufacturer can check the cause in the fault display on the control panel of the chiller. The solution steps are:

1. Use a hose to fill the cold water pipe from the cold water storage tank (pool) back to the large water pipe on the cold water circulation pump (open its small valve), and use the wrench to unscrew the small steam plug of the cold water circulation pump ( If there is water, tighten it again. Until the water returns to the cold water storage tank (pool), return the water to the large tube, and open the hose to see if there is any bubble. If so, please continue to fill the water until there is no bubble. Close the small valve;

2. At this time, turn on the chiller for 1~3 minutes. If the large tube has a large amount of water back into the pool, there is no problem;

3. If the water backflow is not enough or no water is returned, repeat the above action of watering.
